I believe that healing begins with deep listening—to your body, your breath, and the wisdom already within you.

For over 30 years, I have guided individuals through somatic movement, creative expression, and integrative bodywork to help them reconnect with themselves, release stress, and find joy in movement.

My background as a somatic movement educator, physical therapist, and sound healer has shown me that transformation happens when we shift from thinking about the body to truly experiencing it.
